1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In new or like-new condition, with all accessories and manuals.
- In the original packaging (inner foam + retail box if provided).
- Returned with a valid RMA (return authorization) obtained from our support team.
Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable content, clearance/final-sale items, items with removed serial numbers, or damage due to misuse.
3. Defects / Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. After verification, we will provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A prepaid return label and full refund.
No restocking fees apply for defective or incorrect items.
4. Who Pays Return Shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. For confirmed defects or warehouse errors, we cover all return costs.
5. Return Process (RMA)
- Email info@smarthubease.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct US return hub address.
- Pack safely, include all original components, and share the return tracking number.
- Once received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we issue the refund.
6. Refund Timing
Approved refunds post to your bank or PayPal within 3–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
8. Lost or Stolen After Delivery
Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. For porch-theft or missing packages, contact your carrier and local authorities. We’ll assist with documentation if needed.
9. Warranty
All products are covered by a Limited 12-Month Warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty support, contact info@smarthubease.com.
